Cookie Dough Truffles!

Words cannot explain how much love I got from these little treats. I'm not a huge chocolate fan so I didn't indulge too much, but I definitely had too many.
Making the cookie dough was definitely the easy part. Looking back, I wish I had smoothed them all out because I used a melon baller and they came out a little lumpy.
Dipping was hard because sometimes the dough would crack a little bit. The texture was not at all what I was hoping for but practice makes perfect.
Finished product! I just messed around since I had so many and decorated using different techniques!

Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

So I was daring a few nights ago and decided to try making chocolate cookies with an oreo stuffed inside of it. I knew they were going to be big, but they were definitely a lot bigger than I had anticipated.
That is compared to a regular size cookie. This picture does not even do the comparison justice. I should have used a double stuff oreo because when I cut the cookie in half, you could hardly see any of the cream. My friends loved them so I would call it a success!

P.S. I tried the Milans cookies last Thursday and they were incredibly hard. I think I shall save that recipe for further down the road.

Rainbow Cupcakes!

So cute and so fun! These weren't hard to make but they were time consuming if you want to make them look good. I want the icing to be a little bigger next time I make these. My friends absolutely loved these! I also made a rainbow cake for my friend's 18th birthday but it didn't turn out as well as planned. It still looked and tasted good but since I did a two cake rounds, I tried too hard to make it look perfect and we all know how that works out. As you can see, they still devoured the cake.

Homemade Poptarts!

So easy to make and absolutely delicious! My one regret would be not sticking them in the oven for longer because they were a little too chewy for my taste. I made these a few weeks back, I need to start working on taking better pictures of my products.

Hamburger Cupcakes!

Just as much fun to make as they are to look at! I found this idea on Bakerella's blog and fell in love! I hope you love them as much as I do!
